Hi, I'm Jean, an individual and couples counselor based in Nelson, New Zealand.

 

I am originally from Jersey in the Channel Islands, and spent 10 years living in various countries before immigrating to New Zealand 19 years ago with my partner and two young children.

 

I completed a B.A. degree in Applied Social Science, Counselling and have been counselling since 2008. In 2012, I established my private practice.

My approach for working with clients is one of a non-assuming position. I trust that given space and respect, an individual or a couple will develop a greater, more personal, and cultural understanding of themselves and their relationship.
