Counselling has helped many people move forward in their lives, allowing both individuals and couples to better understand their difficult experiences, whether these are past or present. Counselling can also provide each individual with beneficial coping tools specific to their circumstances.

I offer a safe space to both individuals and couples at two locations in the Nelson region. These sessions can be face-to-face or online.
